Be a Leader is a course geared toward building real, structured leadership within iCliGo.
The focus is no longer solely on direct expansion but also on depth: training independent Travel Partners who, in turn, develop new generations with autonomy.
This course works on mindset, decision-making criteria, systems, and standards that make the business transferable, scalable, and less dependent on the constant presence of the leader. Leadership is approached as a strategic responsibility: creating culture, protecting routines, raising standards, and ensuring continuity.
The ultimate goal is clear: to develop autonomous lines that maintain execution, consistency, and growth—even without direct control from the mentor.
